Nashville Luxury Senior Housing to Have Groundbreaking by Ryan Cos. JV

West End of Clarendale.

Ground has been broken here on 172-unit Clarendale Western Suburbs, a 261,000-square-foot premium senior living complex in Nashville, Tennessee, by a collaboration of Ryan Cos., LCS, and Harrison Street Realty Capital.

Old National Bank supplied $58.1 million in development funding, as per Davidson County documents. The loan is due to be repaid in July 2027. The neighborhood is expected to open in the fall of 2023, and LCS will oversee property management after it is finished.

There should be independent, assisted living, and memory care facilities in Clarendale West End. Education programs, group exercise courses, art schools, transportation to local stores, along with events and appointments, will all be included in the services. There are proposed dining establishments, a cafe, a pub, a theater, a salon, a spa, a manicured courtyard, and garage parking for the community.

A luxurious choice for the elderly in Nashville's middle-town

The first premium continuum of care alternative to be constructed in the region in 15 years will be the West End neighborhood. Ryan A+E Inc. will handle the project's architectural needs, and Direct Supply Aptura will handle the interior design.

The facility, which is situated at 3416 Murphy Road, will be close to TriStar Centennial Medical Clinic and about two miles northeast to Ascend Saint Thomas Hospital West. Additionally, the neighborhood will be about a mile northeast of Midtown Nashville. A mile's worth of alternatives for food, shopping, and entertainment will be available.

A player in other areas as well, Ryan Cos. started construction on a new luxury senior housing development in Torrance, California, in March. Cadence Living & Harrison Street are working together to create this 158-unit Acoya South Bay.
